    If instructions were included which they arent they would say there is two spacer heights and you have to determine the correct spacers to use. Since the spacers seem identical at first glance this is not intuitive. Ive only had the lock on my bike for one week but the locking mechanism seems finiky and it seems to require a certain touch to operate. Im not completely satisfied with this product for the price.
