AOMC will accept returns on NEW, unopened items for a 100% refund. The customer is responsible for return shipping unless AOMC is correcting an order mistake. Discounted return labels may be purchased during the return process.

For like-new items, there will be a 20% restocking fee.

No returns on international orders.

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA): An RMA is a record that our Customer Service Representative will share with you when requesting a return. These are essential to track what needs to come back and what you expect to be done with the item when it arrives. RMAs will be processed as they are received.

In the event that you need to return an item, please contact support@aomc.mx as soon as possible. Please do not send things back without contacting us first. This ensures we can provide the most efficient resolution in the fastest possible time.

AOMC.mx displays real-time inventory for our warehouse(s) and many of our suppliers. We have a vast on-hand inventory of fast-moving KTM, Husqvarna, GasGas, Beta, Yamaha, Sherco, and more OEM parts, as well as a large selection of aftermarket accessories.

If an item displays a quantity and available, then you can expect it to ship in 1-2 business days from the time of your order. If a quantity is not displayed and time is of the essence, please contact us to ensure availability at support@aomc.mx.

Backorder means our distributor is out of stock on the product in question. If you have ordered parts that are on backorder, you will be notified via email. You may cancel backordered items at any time by sending us an email or replying to your backorder notification. There is no need to reorder any backordered items.

We do attempt to provide you with the best information on product availability and understand that backorder can be inconvenient. The majority of our distributors provide estimated ship dates for the majority of their backordered products. These dates, if available, are provided in the backorder notifications. These ETA's reflect when the supplier expects to ship them to us. Please remember, these are only estimated dates and are subject to change.

Backorders are often seen in regards to items that are rare or in high demand. Backordered items are filled on a first come first serve basis. Please keep this in mind if you cancel a backordered item, you essentially lose your position on the waiting list for that item.

Please feel free to request an update at any time. We will attempt to communicate any changes we learn of regarding existing backorders; however, suppliers often do not update AOMC regarding changes to ETA's, etc. Backordered items are shipped as soon as they are received and may ship without notification.

You will be charged for backordered items when placing your order and they will automatically ship as soon as they arrive.

The quantity value associated with each item is the amount you need to order to replace all of that particular item shown on that page and is NOT the quantity included with that part number. To get all the bolts, clutch plates, o-rings, etc. you may need, you must order the amount specified.

AOMC’s Amatuer Support Rider Rep Program is a sponsorship program for athletes of all ages and skill levels. The goal of this program is to partner with athletes and ease the financial burden associated with these sports in exchange for promotion and/or product feedback!

Can you ship bikes?

KTM dealers are not permitted to ship motorcycles to customers. All bike sales are for pickup or delivery only. Please contact us to schedule your pickup or delivery today!

Do you take trade-ins?

Yes! All trade-ins must have a clear title and have a thorough in-house inspection before a trade-in value can be provided.

Can I take a test ride?

Street bikes are usually available for test rides. Must be 25+ years of age with a valid motorcycle driver's license and a current insurance card. Test rides are by appointment only so please call ahead of time.
