At Appalachian Offroad MC, we strive to get the right parts in your hands the first time. We want you to shop on AOMC with confidence that we have your back. Our no-hassle 30-day return policies attempt to make this as smooth as possible.

All returns on NEW and LIKE-NEW items are subject to a 20% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for return shipping unless AOMC is correcting an order mistake.

No returns on international orders.

Items that are not eligible for return:

• Customized items (graphic kits, etc.)
• Electronics and electrical components
• Chemicals
• Batteries
• CD Repair Manuals
• Closeout Items
• Adhesive items with the backing removed

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA): An RMA is a record that our Customer Service Representative will share with you when requesting a return. These are essential to track what needs to come back and what you expect to be done with the item when it arrives. RMAs will be processed as they are received.

In the event that you need to return an item, please contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible. Please do not send things back without contacting us first. This ensures we can provide the most efficient resolution in the fastest possible time.

No exchange may take place until an associated RMA is received by customer service.

With the vast number of suppliers and varying fitment between manufacturers, it's important that we present you with all the data we have so that you can make an educated choice. Rest assured that you are covered with the AOMC Fit Promise. If your apparel doesn’t fit you correctly, we will gladly exchange it for the right size, FREE OF CHARGE on the first exchange. Please note, some items may not be a direct exchange depending on availability. Items must be in new condition and in original packaging.

Many orders require items to be ordered from suppliers. Please allow an extra 2 days for this scenario or possibly longer for more specialty, niche, or limited distribution items. Some items may drop-ship to you, meaning the items ship straight from the distributor or manufacturing facility to your door!

Orders over $149 receives free shipping! (US/48) For our AOMC dealers orders over $500 ship for free! (Remember that our free shipping policy only applies to the lower 48 states.)

Large & Oversize items ship to the lower 48 states for a flat $175 shipping fee

For domestic orders under $149, Shipping & Handling is a flat rate fee of $12. The proper shipping amount will be displayed during checkout.

*Please note that all OEM parts, accessories, or apparel may not ship internationally. We cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen packages once they have been shipped. Please ensure your delivery address is secure to prevent such occurrences.

If you have placed an order and then realized that you have made a mistake or forgotten a part, please contact us as soon as possible. Please have your Order Number ready for faster service. One of our Customer Service Representatives will do their best to accommodate your request.

Post-order changes may cause significant delays in order fulfillment. We ship orders as fast as we can, so we need to know about your request immediately. AOMC.mx can not be held responsible if an order ships before we receive/process your request. Once an order has shipped, partially or in full, changes cannot be made/added. Orders cancelled after our processing department orders the item from our supplier, will be charged a 25% restocking fee.

Orders may be canceled as long as they have not generated a tracking number.

Please allow 24-48 hours for in-stock item pickup. If you require expedited service or to check part availability for immediate pickup, please contact customer service during normal business hours.

AOMC.mx displays real-time inventory for our warehouse(s) and many of our suppliers. We have a vast on-hand inventory of fast-moving KTM, Husqvarna, GasGas, Beta, Yamaha, Sherco, and more OEM parts, as well as a large selection of aftermarket accessories.

If an item displays a quantity and available, then you can expect it to ship in 1-2 business days from the time of your order. If a quantity is not displayed and time is of the essence, please contact us to ensure availability.

Orders over $99 ship for free! (Remember that our free shipping policy only applies to the lower 48 states.

NOTE: Inventory levels are constantly changing! Levels displayed online are not guaranteed! The best way to obtain the most accurate inventory data is to contact our support staff by phone call, or support ticket. Please have the part number readily available for faster service!

Backorder means our distributor is out of stock on the product in question. If you have ordered parts that are on backorder, you will be notified via email. You may cancel backordered items at any time by sending us an email or replying to your backorder notification. There is no need to reorder any backordered items.

We do attempt to provide you with the best information on product availability and understand that backorder can be inconvenient. The majority of our distributors provide estimated ship dates for the majority of their backordered products. These dates, if available, are provided in the backorder notifications. These ETA's reflect when the supplier expects to ship them to us. Please remember, these are only estimated dates and are subject to change.

Backorders are often seen in regards to items that are rare or in high demand. Backordered items are filled on a first come first serve basis. Please keep this in mind if you cancel a backordered item, you essentially lose your position on the waiting list for that item.

Please feel free to request an update at any time. We will attempt to communicate any changes we learn of regarding existing backorders; however, suppliers often do not update AOMC regarding changes to ETA's, etc. Backordered items are shipped as soon as they are received and may ship without notification.

You will be charged for backordered items when placing your order and they will automatically ship as soon as they arrive.

At Appalachian Offroad MC, we have a product development team dedicated to bringing you the best selection we can, but at times there are things that are not active on our site. If anything is made or distributed by KTM, Husqvarna, GasGas, Beta, Yamaha, or Sherco, we can get it. In addition, we have access to the majority of all third party parts and accessory distributors on the planet.

This question refers to information on the KTM OEM Parts Finder located in your KTM documentation or our online OEM Parts Finder. The quantity value associated with each item is the amount you need to order to replace all of that particular item shown on that page and is NOT the quantity included with that part number. To get all the bolts, clutch plates, o-rings, etc. you may need, you must order the amount specified.

This issue can sometimes be confusing, so please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.

Many of the items we stock are available for a wide variety of applications. A single stock photo may be used to represent many items on our website. If you have a question or doubt, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Here at Appalachian Offroad MC, this means that the product you are looking for has been replaced or updated with a newer product. Any superseded product that you find in our database will be followed by another product number. This product number is the new product number that the old product has been superseded to.

Here is a KTM example: 58111052000 is superseded by 57011052200

AOMC’s Amatuer Support Rider Rep Program is a sponsorship program for athletes of all ages and skill levels. The goal of this program is to partner with athletes and ease the financial burden associated with these sports in exchange for promotion and/or product feedback!

Who should I contact for unit sales?

Can you ship bikes?

KTM dealers are not permitted to ship motorcycles to customers. All bike sales are for pickup or delivery only. Please contact us to schedule your pickup or delivery today!

Do you take trade-ins?

Yes! All trade-ins must have a clear title and have a thorough in-house inspection before a trade-in value can be provided.

Can I take a test ride?

Street bikes are usually available for test rides. Must be 25+ years of age with a valid motorcycle driver's license and a current insurance card. Test rides are by appointment only so please call ahead of time.
