The KTM Renthal Twinwall Handlebar uses a two-piece tube
construction designed to combine strength, protection, and controlled flex.
The outer tube provides resistance to external damage and is hard anodized
for corrosion protection. The inner tube is made from a special alloy and
hard anodized to help protect against damage from the handlebar controls.
Nylon inserts in the inner tube allow for thinner walls while reducing weight
and contributing to the handlebar's flex characteristics. Rubber seals at
the transition points help prevent water, dirt, cleaning agents, and other
contaminants from entering between the tubes.
