P3 Carbon Pipe Guard KTM 125/150 SX/XC-W 16-19

Okay- its a pipe guard. It fit well was easy to install. I was concerned after reading the other review- that it would be thin but the material has decent thickness to it. At the end of the day it can only protect so much! It seems to be good quality.

It is very light and a good fit.I have now bought 2 of these. One of them got really cracked up on some rocks and needed replacement. But I was happy enough with the lack of damage under the guard to the pipe that I bought another one. The pipe was dented but it was a nice smooth round dent that was easily repaired without wrinkling up the metal. The second one has held up well and looks good.It could be stronger but then it would not be a lightweight carbon piece. When you hold it up to light you can pretty well see light and very little carbon weave right through it.Also it is fairly costly....but isnt everything for a KTM??I think because of where we live and ride Rocky Technical East Coast stuff...in hindsight maybe I would get something more robust.
