These are well made but not a complete lever. You need to pull the cable pull section of the old lever and add it to this lever. The section is held together by a star nut. You will need to remove the star nut and then pull that pin and move the assembly to the new lever. Then reinstall the star nut on the pin to hold the complete lever assembly together. That star nut is a real pain to mount. Find a socket to press around the pin the get the star nut aligned and pressed on.
Pros: Looks great once assembled
Cons: Not a complete lever assembly.
