    Akrapovic Evo Silencers KTM 950/990 SM

    Mounting only possible in combination with akrapovic headers 62605007100 ( 950/990 SM ) , 62605007200 ( 950/990 SM ) , 62505007200 ( 950 SM ) or 62505007300 ( 950 SM ).

    The Akrapovic Racing and Evolution exhaust systems are designed for all those who just want to squeeze that little bit more out of their Supermoto. The system delivers much more power to the back wheel and saves a lot of weight, improving handling to say nothing of the sharp appearance. The new design of the muffler for the Akrapovic Racing and Evolution systems fits exceptionally well to the aggressive supermoto look.

    The exhaust is configured as a 2-1-2 system, with two conical header tubes leading into a Y collector, then into a cylindrical Y link pipe and finally onto the two mufflers. The difference between the Racing and the Evolution mufflers is in the materials used. The Racing system uses high quality stainless steel, while the Evolution uses a special type of titanium The performance characteristics of the two systems are identical. The individual components are connected with sleeve joints secured with silicon-shielded springs. For the KTM Supermoto we fitted the new design Akrapovic mufflers, which are attached to the frame using Akrapovic carbon-fibre clamps. The muffler outer sleeves are titanium, as are the perforated inner tube, inlet cap and outlet tube. The outlet tube is formed using the hydroforming process accurate to the last millimetre. The outlet cap for the Supermoto is made of carbon. The result is impressive 9 kg less weight and significantly more performance. Available with EC Certificate.
