After reading some mixed reviews about these cases I was hesitant to order them. I needed cases for my 1290SAR that go on and come off quickly and leave no ugly racks. So I pulled the trigger and couldnt be happier. It takes a few minutes to assemble the lock cylinders but its no big deal. Taking the cases on and off is quick and easy. The latch mechanism is very solid. Best of all a full face helmet fits in the left case.
