Adding this part not only adds protection to your header but it makes such a big difference just looks wise. It modernizes your bike with the carbon fiber look. Next I will probably buy the matching skid plate. Ive been wanting to buy this for a long time but held off due to price. When I found it here on sale I finally decided to pull the trigger and Im glad I did. It has 2 saddles for hardware attachment to the pipe one in the rear and one in the middle. The saddles stand the guard off the pipe about 3/4. There is no saddle up front where the curve of the header is I guess due to the heat being so intense at that spot. Make sure to leave about 1/4-1/2 of space between your header and the carbon fiber up there in the front so you dont melt it.
Pros: Looks good|Saves your boots & pants|Protects the header
Cons: Pricey|Wish it was longer
