My son is 5’4” and needed a lower seat height on his 125SX. He loves this seat and the very grippy material on the cover.
Pros: Gripper cover

Bought this for my wifes KTM 150 XCW, its not a major height reduction but was just enough to help. Seat still feels good and plenty of foam still to keep you from blowing through it and hitting the plastic seat frame.
Pros: Seat doesn't look goofy on the bike due to not being shaved down too far.
Cons: None So far

I’m a small dude with a big bike. 5’6” with a 30” inseam (pretty much the length from my nuts to my feet). On my ktm sx 250, the seat height is 37”. Im sure you can see the issue here.
Even though this seat only shaves off a 1/2” or 3/4”, its kinda like its doubled because you gain the lower height advantage on both sides.
Idk if I just got way more comfortable with my bike since getting this seat a month or two ago, or it its really all in the seat, but I love the addition of it.
Most importantly, it makes it way easier to tripod for me, which means im way less likely to drop my bike going slow in technical terrain because i can plant a foot so much easier.
Pros: Grippy, easier to tripod, good for shorter people
Cons: You probably still wont be able to flat foot
Recommended: I think its worth

Not only does this seat help you reach the ground but it looks awesome. When you have a 29 inseam 15mm seems like a mile. nnI was able to got from tip toes to the ball of my feet with this seat. It also has way better grip than the stock seat so you feel planted when you are sitting and accelerating.nnThe only issue that I had with the seat is that the diamond shapes that create the grip make it a little hard to clean.
Pros: looks awesome|grips better|helps your reach
Cons: a little hard to clean

Seat foam is softer than stock but not squishy at all. It definitely helped me reach the ground better bit its only really about 5/8 of an inch lower. The stock 2019 seats are higher than the 2018 so this fixes that change. The diamond seat pattern design is the same as the 2019 Husky seats so if your ok with that then youre going to like the seat. Good quality and craftsmanship. Just got it so will see how it holds up.

I am vertically challenged at 58 and wanted a seat that allows my feet to make better contact with the ground. This seat is perfect. In the past Ive shaved seats down but I was beaver happy with the squared edges and wider seat that would dig into my legs. This seat doesnt do that. It feels pretty much like the stock seat. Although I do prefer the 2020 KTM stock seat cover over the Powerparts seat. Stock just has a better feel. The Powerparts seat sure is grippy though. Over all I am extremely happy!

For the bargain price of 129 this seat cant be beat. Surface is super grippy seat s moderately lower that the stock seat which does help touching ground a bit easier. Not many miles on trails so seat is still relatively hard. Expect the foam cushioning should break in with some more use. Most all aftermarket seats do soften up and conform better with use.
