This guard provides the same great protection as their complete guard/carrier combo, but utilizes the OEM brake caliper carrier. What does this mean for you? Good price good quality
It’s been on my KTM for 100hr. And still works as it should. No bent. Just scratches.Pros:

Requires some modifications
I read some of the reviews and some say " fits perfectly ". That wasn't my experience with this. At least not the '17 freeride 250R. It requires some modifications to get it mounted properly. This could be a problem for some people. For the other folks with the freeride skip this and get a different brand unless your ok with modifying the part. I was stubborn and got it to work. In hindsight I should have sent it back. Gave it 3 stars because I was able to get it to work.Pros:
