    x series black coded:    carbon graphite/ kevlar® compound for all around performance.  listed with suffix x
    r series bronze coded:    sintered metal pads for extreme wet and muddy conditions. listed with suffix r
    mxs series:    high friction hh-rated sport motocross sintered brake pads.  the mx-s is a high performance race pad with superb durability similar to that of the "r" range of pads but with a slightly higher friction level and fade resistance and diamond ground surface finish to speed bed-in.
