spark arrestor insert is tack welded in at 3 spots onto the end cap Im assuming its a new emissions red tape thing ... wish that was listed before I bought it .. also wish I got a T-shirt ..nnif Where to do it again probably would have gone FMF and saved a couple of 100 if dollars its a little over rated
