BPD Radiator Guards KTM/HQV 16-19

I have two sets of these, 17, and 19 model bikes. These properly mounted braces protect your radiators from forces from all directions, forward, backward, up and down and inward toward the frame. The silver have no coating. These are also easy to install, the mounting holes line up perfectly and I was able to mount them without removing the radiators.

These guards are great. Really burly and a super simple install. Also service from BPD is second to none. They have a no questions asked lifetime warranty and are USA made.One other slick thing is that BPD sells thick O-rings that take the place of the screws that normally hold your shrouds to the rad guard. The o-ring is designed to give up where a bolt will not--thereby saving your plastics or a dangerous hang up. The o-ring setup option with these guards also makes tank removal a 1 bolt affair on my bike.I have crashed the heck out of my bike and my rads stay good. Im talking dropping it in the rocks plowing a tree and just plain get-offs...they do the job.

The fit on these guards are the best ive seen. I am impressed the with machining. Its not sloppy at all. The finish is flawless and durable. No flaws what so ever. Even after sending into the brush. I highly recommend theses guard over any other brand.

This is my second set of BPD guards. my fist set was on my 09 530 and they have been solid. The new GEN 2 guards and even better and have a very tight fit.

Bought a set for my bike and had to get another set for my sons. Top quality construction and super easy installation. No need to drain radiators to install. Just remove the shroud and radiator bolts install and bolt it back up.

much better side and front impact protection than stock. I really like that the bottom of these guards wrap around the radiator end tanks to protect them. Perfect fit on my 2020 XC. And of course purchased here for best price on the web!
