SUBFRAME CPL EXC&MXC M5 05

Im very happy with the part (subframe for my bike) and the price was the best I found (on top of that was free shipping and a 10% discount for it being my first order so it really brought the price down!) The only thing I was not pleased with was the lack of communication concerning availability and shipping. I did receive confirmation right away that my order had been recd my credit card billed and everything set in motion but then...nothing. For a WEEK nothing. Everytime I tried tracking my order the message said either picking or processing. This was VERY frustrating. It would be nice to know up front if it is in stock and when it will be shipping. I had looked at other companies who had it in stock and thought it would be worth the extra $$ to get it right away or at least know when itll be shipped.
